2. Search for your store and open its store page.
3. Check "View Detailed Cashback Rates" so you know what to expect.
4. Copy a coupon code, or click "Activate Cashback" (or "Activate Rewards") - you're still tracked even without a code.
5. Complete your purchase with an empty cart in that same session.
6. Your cashback lands as Pending, then moves to Confirmed after merchant validation - usually within 30-90 days - and you can withdraw it from there.

Cashback and Rewards are both real earnings credited to your DealYaan wallet - some stores pay out as "Cashback" and others as "Rewards", depending on how that brand structures its payouts. Both are tracked the same way and can be withdrawn once confirmed; check a store's page to see which type applies before you shop.

• Avoid clicking price-comparison widgets after activating.
• Click "Activate Cashback" (or "Activate Rewards") before you shop, and complete your order in that same session without delay.

share2earn lets you generate your own trackable link for any page on an eligible store's website. Paste the page URL on the share2earn page, or use the "Generate a share link" option on an eligible store's page, then share your link via WhatsApp, Facebook, or a direct copy.

When someone clicks your share2earn link and shops without being logged into their own DealYaan account, their order is credited to you at that store's normal published cashback rate - the same rate any DealYaan shopper would earn on that store. If the person you shared with is logged into their own DealYaan account, the order is credited to them instead, not you.

Log in and open "share2earn Links" from your dashboard to see every link you've generated, along with its store, landing page, short link, and click count. Confirmed cashback earned through those clicks appears alongside your other earnings in your regular Cashback Transactions - share2earn doesn't have a separate earnings balance.

No - you can generate as many share2earn links as you like for any eligible store, and they don't expire.

Open the store's page and click "View Detailed Cashback Rates" to see category-specific commission details - rates can vary by category, by new vs. existing customer, or by platform (app, mobile site or desktop).

Pending cashback is an estimate based on initial tracking data. Brands validate each order over the following weeks and confirm the final amount, which may end up higher or lower depending on factors like new vs. existing customer status.

No - some stores don't have cashback enabled, and this is always shown clearly on their store page. You can still shop through DealYaan and reach the store, but no cashback will be paid on those orders, so check the store page for the cashback rate before you buy.

Pending cashback is an estimate that sits in your wallet while the merchant reviews the order - it can't be withdrawn yet. Once the merchant confirms the order, usually within 30-90 days, it becomes Confirmed cashback, which is your available balance and can be withdrawn.

Log in, open your Dashboard from the top of the site, and view your totals under "Your Earnings."

A cancelled cashback usually means the related order was returned, cancelled, exchanged, or didn't meet the merchant's terms. If you think it was cancelled in error, contact our support team and we'll raise it with the merchant.

Yes - ad-blocking extensions (AdBlock, Adblock Plus, AdGuard and similar tools) can interfere with tracking. Disable or pause them on DealYaan for the most reliable cashback tracking.

Coupons and offers expire. Our team removes expired codes daily so you only see active offers - if one disappeared, it's likely expired.

Share the click date and time, your Order ID, purchase amount, purchase date, and proof of purchase (or forward your order confirmation email). The more detail you give, the easier it is for the merchant to trace your order.

Submit it by the 7th of the month after your order was placed - for example, an order from July can be claimed until 7th August.

Your claim stays "Open" while our team reviews it, then we forward it to the merchant - usually within 48-72 hours - moving it to "Pending." Once the merchant responds, we update your claim to "Confirmed" or "Cancelled" based on their decision.

No - please submit a separate claim for each missing order.

The merchant reviews all the details and sends us a final decision, which we update on your dashboard. Unfortunately this decision can't be changed on our end.

No - proof of purchase is required. Merchants reject missing-order claims that don't include it.

Your confirmed balance never expires - it stays in your wallet until you withdraw it. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₹100.

Open the withdrawal section of your dashboard to see the available payout options, including bank transfer. DealYaan doesn't charge any additional fees for withdrawals.

No - balances can't be moved between accounts, even if you hold more than one.
